Need of the Project
Sarthak observed the growing pollution during Diwali, especially in Delhi, and was inspired to offer a solution. His idea, “Green Diwali,” aimed to replace fireworks with tree planting, encouraging sustainable and eco-friendly celebrations.
How It Was Executed
With support from his mentor and active participation from students and faculty, Sarthak led a transformative initiative. They distributed and planted over 150 plants across school premises and community parks, bringing a touch of greenery to their environment while advocating for eco-consciousness.
