Need of the Project
In a school environment where every voice deserves to be heard and every student should feel safe, Sneha and Ruchi sought to take preventive steps to ensure respect and inclusivity. Their project aimed to foster empathy and create an atmosphere where students feel empowered to express their opinions and seek help if faced with bullying.

How It Was Executed
With the guidance of their mentor, Sneha and Ruchi organized workshops and presentations to raise awareness about the importance of empathy and respect. They introduced a discreet reporting box in the school library, providing students with a confidential way to report bullying, ensuring that no voice would go unheard.
